Natalie is a member of Buffini and Company, the premier real estate coaching company tailored to working by referral. They teach, train and equip agents with the knowledge and tools needed to have the top level business practices, attitude and skills that result in peak performance in both production and client satisfaction.

In a nutshell, Working By Referral is a client centric business model based upon a professional and personal relationship and is narrowly focused on taking care of our client’s needs before, during and after their purchase or sale. The majority of time and focus of Natalie’s energy and resources are on her clients and their needs, rather than on the traditional model of spending the majority of time, energy and resources through multiple avenues of prospecting for new business.

Our Client Appreciation Program includes Natalie’s Neighborhood News newsletter and e-Reports. These are two of the ways she provides valuable information on topics such as buying, selling, home renovations, how to build your credit score, landscaping and much more.
